Eileen Keusseyan

With more than 25 years of experience in private practice, Eileen Keusseyan has provided counsel for numerous business entities, from inception through organization and development, with strong emphasis on compliance with legal procedural requirements. Mrs. Keusseyan specializes in transactional law, with a focus on business formation, brand licensing and intellectual property. In addition, she has done extensive work in consumer bankruptcy, representing both debtors and creditors in petition filing and adversarial actions.

Mrs. Keusseyan became Of Counsel to Keosian Law LLP in November of 2016, after collaborating with the firm on several matters, including the Porter Ranch Gas Leak mass tort lawsuit, which involves a team of attorneys representing thousands of plaintiffs.

Her strict yet compassionate approach to the practice of law, coupled with her focus on obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients in the most zealous and expeditious manner, result in client loyalty time and time again. She strives to make clients feel at ease throughout the legal process by carefully explaining legalities and thoughtfully answering questions to ensure there are no unanticipated surprises.

Outside of her legal practice, Mrs. Keusseyan is a passionate civic and community leader, engaged with multiple charitable and benevolent organizations and fundraising efforts.  She is committed to supporting causes benefiting orphans and children in need, and has received much recognition for her volunteer work from city and state officials, as well as civic and religious organizations.

Mrs. Keusseyan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles and received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. She is certified to practice in Federal and State Courts.

Mrs. Keusseyan is married to Tony Keusseyan and has three children, Talia, Alex and Pierre, all of whom have excelled in their respective professional and academic lives. “My family is of utmost priority,” she says. “I think that it also spills into my work because when I represent a client, I do it with the same passion and energy that I put into raising my family.”
