Keosian Law LLP began in 2009 as a small Los Angeles plaintiff's practice with a single conviction: ordinary Californians deserve the same caliber of legal firepower that insurance carriers and large corporations routinely deploy against them. Founding partner Harout G. Keosian opened the firm's first office in the San Fernando Valley with a focus on personal injury and property damage, and a refusal to treat clients as case numbers. Five years later, that practice formally became Keosian Law LLP — a boutique trial firm built around partner-level attention, disciplined litigation, and a willingness to take on the cases other firms quietly turn away.

Today the firm represents individuals, families, homeowners, renters, landlords, and small-to-mid-sized businesses across Southern California in personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, residential and commercial property damage, insurance bad faith, mass tort and environmental litigation, and business and commercial disputes.

We practice exclusively in California, and that focus is deliberate. California's policyholder-protection statutes, its comparative-fault framework, its Insurance Code, its FAIR Plan regulations, its mass tort coordination procedures, and its well-developed bad-faith case law are uniquely powerful tools for consumers — but only when they are wielded by lawyers who live inside that body of law every day. Our team practices in the same state and federal courts our clients live in, against the same carriers and defense firms our clients face, year after year.

Every matter at Keosian Law is staffed by a senior attorney from the first phone call. We do not delegate intake to non-lawyers, and we do not run a volume practice. We accept cases we believe in, we investigate them aggressively from day one, and we prepare every file as if it will be tried to a jury. Our internal standard on every case is the same regardless of size: secure the evidence early, lock down witness testimony, preserve electronically stored information, retain qualified accident-reconstruction, biomechanical, medical, life-care planning, valuation, and economic experts well before mediation, and document the full economic and human impact of the loss. We treat documentation, deadlines, and discovery the way trial lawyers must — as the foundation of leverage rather than as paperwork.
