How our team is organized

Our practice is organized around four litigation groups, each led by senior attorneys with focused subject-matter experience. Files move through the firm with clear ownership: a lead trial attorney who answers for case strategy, an associate or senior associate handling day-to-day discovery and motion practice, a dedicated case manager who stays in direct contact with the client, and an in-house investigation team that gathers and preserves evidence from the first 48 hours of the matter onward.

We deliberately keep individual caseloads lower than the regional norm so that each attorney has the bandwidth to prepare cases for trial — not just for mediation. That structure means the carrier on the other side cannot count on a quiet file. Depositions are taken. Experts are retained. Motions are briefed thoroughly. And when settlement negotiations begin, they begin from a posture of credibility that has already cost the defense significant time and money to defend against.

Litigation credentials and bar admissions

Our attorneys are admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, with additional admissions to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on appellate matters arising out of our trial work. We hold active membership in the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and other plaintiff trial bar organizations through which our team contributes to continuing legal education in personal injury, insurance bad faith, and complex litigation.

Mass tort and complex investigations

Beyond individual representation, members of our trial team lead the firm's California mass tort program. Active investigations include the Eaton Fire, Palisades Fire, Chiquita Canyon Landfill, Quemetco / Ecobat lead contamination, and the California FAIR Plan underpayment program. These matters require coordination across multiple attorneys, expert witnesses, and document-review teams.
