Since joining the firm in 2020, she has dedicated her career to taking on some of the most powerful insurance carriers and corporate defendants in the country and forcing them to honor their obligations to the people they insure and the communities they affect.

Ms. Seraydarian earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Law from California State University, Northridge, and her Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. Throughout law school she was a consistent academic standout: a place on the Dean's List, multiple Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in individual courses, and the Justice Bernard S. Jefferson Award for Academic Excellence — one of the school's most respected honors. She was also selected for the Moot Court Honors Program, where she sharpened the legal-research, brief-writing, and appellate-advocacy skills that now anchor her motion practice and her pre-trial work at Keosian Law.

Ms. Seraydarian is admitted to practice law in California, including before the Supreme Court of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. That federal admission matters: a meaningful share of California's most consequential mass tort and insurance disputes are removed to federal court or coordinated in federal MDLs, and Ms. Seraydarian is comfortable litigating in either forum.

In her insurance bad-faith practice, Ms. Seraydarian represents homeowners, renters, condominium owners, landlords, and small-business owners whose insurance carriers have unreasonably delayed, underpaid, or denied valid claims. Her work covers the full spectrum of first-party property losses — fire, smoke, soot, ash, water, mold, wind, theft, vandalism, and earthquake — and extends to commercial coverage disputes involving business interruption, extra expense, equipment breakdown, and code-upgrade benefits. She uses California's robust policyholder-protection framework — including Insurance Code section 790.03, the Unfair Insurance Practices Act, the appraisal statute, and the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing — to recover not only the contract benefits owed but also tort damages, Brandt attorney's fees, and, when the carrier's conduct warrants it, punitive damages.

Ms. Seraydarian's mass tort docket is built around large-scale, multi-plaintiff cases in which corporations, manufacturers, or institutional defendants have caused systemic harm to California communities. She has worked on environmental and toxic-tort matters, defective-product cases, and pharmaceutical and medical-device litigation, where her job is often to coordinate complex factual development across hundreds of clients while preserving the individual story and individualized damages of each one. That work demands rigorous case-management skills, mastery of bellwether and trial-pool procedures, deep familiarity with discovery in coordinated proceedings, and the patience to take a case through years of litigation without ever losing sight of the human beings at its center. Ms. Seraydarian brings all of that to the firm's mass tort group.

A significant portion of her recent work has focused on California's wildfire-litigation crisis. She represents survivors of recent wildfire events — including Eaton Canyon and Pacific Palisades — in both first-party insurance claims and third-party negligence actions against utilities, vegetation contractors, and other entities whose conduct contributed to the fires. She also represents policyholders insured by the California FAIR Plan whose claims have been slow-walked, underpaid, or denied, and who need a lawyer willing to push back against a state-mandated insurer that too often treats wildfire survivors as inconveniences rather than customers.

Ms. Seraydarian's clients often note her thorough preparation, her clear explanations of complicated coverage and procedural questions, and her willingness to escalate when an adjuster or defense attorney isn't dealing in good faith. She believes that policyholders are entitled to honest answers about their coverage, transparent communication about the status of their claim, and legal representation that takes their loss as seriously as they do.
